Events & Marketing Coordinator

Imperial Hotel delivers event management with elegance and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Marketing & Events team as a Coordinator.
About the role Primarily focused on Events, you will provide administrative support to our Events Executives, as well as assisting in some areas of Marketing. Your responsibilities will include:
Creation and distribution of Banquet Event OrdersPreparation of menus, signage and floor plans for all EventsLiaison and communication between Events, Food & Beverage department and KitchenLiaison with suppliers (Internal & External)Hotel site inspectionsReporting, filing and internal communicationsAssistance with Internal Marketing requirementsAbout you Dynamic individual with an ability to efficiently multitaskConfident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of proficiency in MS Office suiteExcellent time management skills with a strong attention to detailProven ability in OPERA Sales & Catering desirablePrevious experience within a similar 5-star environment preferredDrive for exceptional service which exceeds our guest's expectationsPassion and flair for successIf you are enthusiastic about delivering an experience that consistently surprises and delights our guests, please apply now.
