HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? With your exceptional and dynamic skill set, you will be instrumental in:
Formulation and implementation of events strategy. Assist and manage all preparation and coordination to achieve event objectives and production requirements. Collaboration with key stakeholders including PR, Events and Media. On-site supervision and logistics during the event including installation and pack down of the event. Reporting and analysis on event outcomes. Budget management and consolidation. Additional duties as required. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? At least 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience in related field. Familiarity in luxury/retail segment is highly preferred. Proven track record in events management and execution. Takes initiative, a self-starter and resourceful. Team player and ability to perform under pressure within tight timeline. Organised, meticulous & detail orientated. Finally, you will meet our Managing Director who can share our overall vision and plans for the future.
