We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team and help bring these events to life.
The Role:
As the Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and executing a wide range of events. You will be the bridge between our sales team and event operations, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the logistics of various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings. Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of event details to the Front of House (FOH) and other departments. Prepare and finalise Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and liaise with chefs, caterers, and suppliers to ensure comprehensive event preparation. Resolve last-minute changes or issues swiftly and efficiently. Provide detailed post-event feedback and reports to the sales and management teams. Support administrative duties, including maintaining event calendars and attending team meetings. About You:
We are seeking someone with:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in event coordination or administration. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Flexibility to work outside of standard hours, including at least one Saturday per month. RSA and RCG certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience with Tripleseat and Visio/Event Draw (preferred). A current driver's license and access to a car. Why Join Us?
