You will report to the National Manager – Marketing and you will be responsible to co-ordinate and support major projects, internal meetings, marketing fleet, customer events and offers, as well as workflows within the broader Audi marketing team.Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeAssisting with the co-ordination and implementation of the Audi Experience loyalty program, events and partner offers.Assisting with the co-ordination and implementation of the national Audi driving experience program.Work with the wider Audi team to support product launch activity.Coordinate internal meetings such as Dealer conferences, award ceremonies etc.Support and coordinate the Ambassador program, including vehicle requirements, event logistics and deliverable requirement reporting.Assistance with the coordination of the Customer Marketing & Corporate Communications fleet program including vehicle management/changeovers, reporting and vehicle orders.Any other ad hoc duties and support across the marketing team including general assistance, and project team activities.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:Experience within marketing administration, events support and/or marketing communications.Ability to develop content with creative communication skills.Highly developed skills in all Microsoft applications (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Well organised with the ability to manage fast paced situations and deadlines from time to time.Strong interpersonal abilities, including negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Our Benefits, Rewards And Recognition IncludeA culture of continuous learning, growth and development.
