The Event Vehicle Specialist works with the state (and sometimes national) marketing & sales teams to build and execute an exciting Event Vehicle (EV) program which is built to engage with local consumers to drive brand and can love. The ideation, planning, execution, and reporting of the EV program and all related activity is in the realm of the event vehicle specialist. While working at different events, connecting with local communities, and supporting different venues/outlets, you will be responsible for supporting the state sales & marketing team in:

You will work cross-functionally to support a variety of Red Bull events with the event vehicle & plan and report on the success within a timely manner.You will work cross-functionally to identify new opportunities to use the EV in a productive manner, which supports all business functions and aligns with the state & national strategic focuses.Supporting a variety of 3rd party events with the EV, from planning and liaising with organisers through to being at the event as support from the brand.You will keep the can at the heart of the EV program, always having cold cans at arm's reach, create an exciting social following for the EV, planning & capturing local images, stories, and activities to build our local face and tell the story of the EV on our managed social channels.You will find new opportunities to excite our consumers using the EV whether that be new networks, new events, or new scenes with a focus on appealing to 18-24 year olds, in our focus playgrounds/audiences.You will be creative and innovative with the EV in order to spot opportunities, proactively work with your cross-functional counterparts to realise these where they fit with state strategy.You will manage service schedules for EV ensuring all staff that operate vehicles have completed the necessary training and conduct regular vehicle audits to proactively identify & rectify required repairs or servicing needs.You will source a variety of DJs who can be used on a contractor basis for vehicle operations when needed and update the state marketing planner to give a transparent annual overview of all event & EV commitments for the state to ensure efficient allocation of resources.Related to this positionMust have a clean driver's license.DJ experience (comfortable using CDJ 900/2000s & DJM 800 Mixer).Exceptional organisation, time management and people management skills.Ability to adapt to challenging situations and make important decisions quickly.Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.Travel 60-70%.Where You'll Be BasedSydney, New South Wales, Australia
