This is the perfect opportunity for a student looking to grow their career in a service environment or one who desires to become a great events planner in their future career.
The Role:
You will play a critical role providing our valued guests and clients with exceptional friendly and efficient service, creating seamless, exceptional experiences.
This is a front of house, operational role where no two days are the same.
Using your knowledge gained from your studies, you will be provided the opportunity to:
Develop your service skills in a high volume, fast-paced environmentCommit to providing personalised and memorable experiences for our guestsBuild your interpersonal skills, working within a diverse, multi-cultural environmentExpand your knowledge regarding the creation of menu items and beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic)Execute the set-up and pack-down of function spaces according to specificationsOur Ideal Candidate will possess: A desire to create distinctive and meaningful experiencesThe ability to adapt and think quickly in high pressure situationsA high level of personal and professional appearanceThe strength to lift and move equipment, and be on your feet for an extended period of timeThe motivation to develop their interpersonal and leadership goalsThis is a 6 month internship, commencing from February 2025.
As a 24-hour business, you must be able to work a rotating, 7-day roster.
At times this may include shifts in the early morning, late evening and overnight.
Sponsorship is unavailable for this role; you must be eligible to apply for a visa that grants full working rights.
