Your responsibilities: Conduct detailed consultations with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for their wedding day.Create customised proposals and packages, negotiate terms and finalise sales.Work closely with our Events team to bring together the finer details of the client's special day.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process.Attend showcase events as required.Utilise critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Pursue quality outcomes that exceed expectations.Collaborate and cultivate productive relationships.Communicate with influence, impact, and confidence.Demonstrate a passion for customer-centricity.Your experience: Minimum 2 years' industry experience with a real passion for weddings.Proven experience in sales, with a focus on weddings.Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated solid sales experience with a record of achieving targets.Diversity is not only celebrated but championed here at Doltone House.
