Together with the lead planner, the new member of our team will complete long-term planning taking the select event vision through to implementation on race day.
A strong understanding of the sporting landscape (including community events) and good knowledge of the principles that ensure event success would be an advantage.
The role requires you to successfully navigate both the strategic and operational plans, with an appetite and desire to get your hands dirty in event-day activities, which include logistics, supply chain, workforce, builds, and traffic management.
Our team will suit a driven, robust member seeking a career opportunity and challenge, as the role works closely with Development and Marketing.
We are open to discussing part-time and full-time employment, or job share for a candidate who meets the base requirements of the role.
The total remuneration package, including expenses, salary, leave, and superannuation, is in a range from $70,000 to $80,000, which would be adjusted depending on experience.
A short to medium-term contract would also be considered for an experienced candidate to manage a specific new project.
