Summary
We're looking for an Event Manager to work on a per-event basis, producing our schedule of prestigious Skirt Club events in Australia, ranging from intimate social gatherings to our world-renowned Signature parties. You will be working alongside and supported by our Australia Community Manager. Job Requirements Manage and coordinate at least 2 Signature parties per year (40+ guests) Manage and coordinate up to 4 Mini Skirt events per year (20-25 guests) Support Ambassadors with regular Skirt Society (non-play) events Flexible availability for additional events throughout the year Commitment to being present at events under your management Source and liaise with performer, speaker, and venue to align with agreed theme Oversee budget (forecast profits, reconcile finances, process invoices and expenses) Organise and liaise with bar staff and hostesses Set-up, run, close, and clean-up events Excellent time management and communication skills Managing multiple projects independently Experience working within and managing teams Confidence in public speaking and hosting An understanding of, and alignment with the Skirt Club brand and party etiquette About You

Contractual Arrangement – The position is for an independent consultant, not a paid member of staff, so must hold adequate insurance and licenses.
Fee – The role is contracted to each individual event. The fee varies by event.
