The Event Manager will perform the services for Fever as a full-time employee for a role of Event Manager in relation to the Fever events in Melbourne, AU, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the "Services").
The Event Manager is the key contact to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, safe operation for the guests and productions. They will ensure the operation runs smoothly and will continuously strive to improve the guest experience to help the event grow and gain a successful reputation. Armed with a positive, inclusive and solution-minded attitude, they will oversee the local operation and documentation.
The Event Manager will report to the Fever Team Lead - Permanent Concepts.
Responsibilities include:

Training and monitoring staff for the event and support when additional recruitment is required.
Creation and maintenance of the operational documentation (rosters, daily checklists, emergency procedures, licensing binder, etc).
Deliver a high level of face-to-face customer service on each event.
Ensuring quality of the 123Boom! event taking place in the Venue, including cleanliness of site, site safety and security as well as the event operations.
Handling ordering or purchasing for event needs and keeping OPEX (budgets and operational expenditure for the events) costs low for general event operations.
Responsible for cleanliness oversight for the Venue and actioning periodic checks.
Action event fixes and general maintenance promptly and liaise with the Production team and suppliers when escalations are necessary.
Dealing with all contractors, suppliers and liaising with any external teams running an event on site.
Liaising with Fever to ensure everything is running smoothly and providing recommendations for gaps in processes.
Reporting daily on activity onsite through Show Reports process (including Incident Reports).
Running and providing support on-site for any marketing, PR, corporate or VIP activities and experiences that take place in the venue.
Developing knowledge share of building specific items including fixes, procedures, operations and best practices.
Assist in storage management within the building including offloading and loading goods.
Weekly attendance to Management meetings.
Any other reasonable tasks as required by Fever management to ensure the smooth running of the venue and events on site.

The Event Manager agrees to provide the Services in return for the compensation outlined in this Agreement, and in accordance with the schedule agreed in writing by both Parties.
