Apply now Job no: 530698 Work type: Casual Location: Gold Coast Categories: Events, Management As an Event Logistics Captain, you will be responsible for providing an engaging, efficient and high-quality service by coordinating our Event Logistics team members while on shift.A few of your responsibilities:Supervise team members and assist the Management Team with on-the-job training and development of the teamSupervise the service flow and performance standards within the outlet.Make recommendations to the Manager that will assist in maximising productivity of the outletEnsure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings and ensure a smooth transition and handover between all shifts. Including the completion of any daily/shift swap log reports if required.Encourage a positive working relationship between Food and Beverage outlets and other departments within the company.What are we looking for?Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTertiary qualifications in Hospitality desirableAccreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol.Demonstrated ability in developing productive workplace relationshipsForklift, Traffic, and White Card LicenseAbout you:With your exceptional attention to detail and logistics background, you will take pride in ensuring a professional execution of Events for our valued guests.
