THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Events Manager to join the team.
You will work alongside a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering high quality experiences.
This key position will see you drive revenue generation and end to end event management in one of Orange's most-beloved venues, Hotel Canobolas.
This venue offers a range of event spaces, from small to large functions and events.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS A minimum of 2+ years of event management experienceDedication to delivering a top tier guest experience.Experienced in high volume restaurant tradeDrive to work in a venue and with a product that you are extremely proud of.Provide solid input in the daily operation of this wonderful venue.Ability to work cohesively with managers and heads of departments to build and implement strategies to improve our event and function offering, build company culture and overall business profitability.Proven experience in overseeing service and ensuring processes and procedures in standards and compliance are followed.A relentless drive for excellence and the determination to uphold and set consistently high standards.THIS ROLE IS BASED IN ORANGE, NSW.

WHAT TO EXPECT
An exciting and challenging role with one of Orange's most beloved venues, you will work alongside management to develop strategic plans to drive growth & revenue through events and functions.
You will be exposed to a diverse range of events and be rewarded for identifying new opportunities and business development.
Working with top tier reservation and event systems such as SevenRooms and Tripleseat.
You will be delivering meaningful events & memorable experiences for our guests, taking pride in the product and growing with the business as it continues to elevate its offering.
