Your responsibilities: You will be the main point of contact for clients and suppliers in the planning stages of each eventOrganising multi-day events, exhibitions, gala dinners and the like.Liaise with suppliers regarding bookings & logistics of bump in/bump outDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clientsLiaise with internal and external departments to ensure event specifications can be executed according to Doltone House standards and legislative requirementsWorking with your client to ensure the optimal stress-free outcomeCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsRelentless pursuit of quality outcomes that exceed expectationsAbility to collaborate and cultivate productive relationshipsAbility to communicate with influence, impact and confidencePassion for customer-centricityYour experience: Minimum 2 years total experience in hospitality/events is essentialProven success of managing multi-day events and exhibitions.Operational experience is an advantageDiversity is not only celebrated but championed here at Doltone House.
