Apply now for the position of Event Coordinator, and you will have the chance to work as part of a team that manages over 150 events annually, ranging from conferences, trade shows, and product launches to webinars and educational workshops.
Your role:Hybrid role based out of Hawthorn EastCoordinating the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of events including but not limited to:BudgetingVendor management/LogisticStakeholder communicationSponsorshipsProvide onsite support to ensure smooth execution of events, managing setup, pack-down, and logistics.Your expertise:Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated success in event coordination, including corporate events, conferences, and trade exhibitions, both virtually and in person.Able to successfully coordinate multiple concurrent event demands within established timelines.Process driven and experience with budgeting.Experience with event management and email platforms with a willingness to learn new tools.Happy to work outside regular business hours and travel nationally as required.Who we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
