Wrapped Creations, Australia's leading events and marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our fun-loving, dynamic, and innovative team full time in Karratha .

Your Role:
As an Event Coordinator at Wrapped Creations, you will:
Develop and deliver small to medium sized events for clients, from event conceptualisation to seamless delivery.
Nurture strong supplier partnerships by ensuring clear and effective communication with third party stakeholders.
Prepare project timelines and work with the events teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are met by leading project scopes, goals, and budget in line with our high standards.
Manage expectations throughout the project and event lifecycle and communicate project status transparently and regularly to the client.
Prepare necessary documentation to ensure smooth and successful delivery of projects.
Identify any risks upfront and effectively mitigate and manage these with our team and client.
Engage actively in industry trends and foster a supportive team atmosphere.
Ensure the highest standards of professional behaviour by consistent and determined application of Wrapped Creations' values in all internal and external activities.
What You Bring:
Proven 5 years experience in managing multiple projects and clients with a passion for delivering extraordinary event experiences.
Degree in Event or Project Management.
Strong event industry knowledge and financial experience in managing budgets and supplier invoices.
Excellent abilities in communication and interpersonal interactions.
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy with strong organisational skills.
Ability to work outside of normal business hours and travel regionally to deliver events throughout the year.
Natural problem solver, work effectively under pressure and able to use initiative during the unexpected.
Can work with a team or independently to create event concepts tailored for clients' needs.
Ability to take ownership on project delivery across all milestones including event conceptualisation, budget development, third-party contractor management, approvals, delivery, through to post-event wrap up.
Proficient using the Web to conduct research as well as with the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Attractive base wage with additional overtime paid for hours worked over evening and weekend event delivery.
5 weeks annual leave.
