Position Title: Event Coordinator Position Overview: As an Events Coordinator at Simply Seated, you'll play a vital role in providing end-to-end administrative support and oversight for our events.
Your duties encompass coordinating, organizing, and confirming final key event details, maintaining financial records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the broader Sales, Design and Operations teams.
? Roles and Responsibilities: ? Assist in coordinating, organising, and confirming final key details for events to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
? Generate regular financial reports, reconcile accounts, and process payments to ensure transparent and accurate financial management throughout the event process.
? Maintain the logistics software system, ensuring accurate information, facilitating efficient communication, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
? Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with queries to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
? Manage time and tasks productively with a high level of attention to detail to ensure efficient and effective task management, leading to timely completion of all event-related responsibilities while maintaining precision and quality.
? Support the broader Sales & Events teams by keeping sales data updated and accurate, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning within the departments.
? Answer phone calls and transfer calls within the team to facilitate seamless communication and coordination within the team, ensuring swift response to inquiries and requests.
? Support the broader team with general administrative tasks to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team's operations.
