About the Role: As the Marketing Manager for Stylerunner, you will be responsible for developing and championing our brand externally and internally.
We are looking for someone with vision, drive, and a passion for all things fashion.
Key focus areas are the leading brand & content marketing strategies across all channels, online and offline.
This role is a 12 month contract.
Your key responsibilities will include: Brand & Retail Marketing Management Execute Stylerunner brand guidelines and Marketing strategy across all channels.
Work with Buying to understand all incoming product and campaign opportunities based on investment and identify key marketing styles.
Plan the Marketing Calendar for AU & NZ alongside HOM and e Commerce Manager, and build multi-channel, 360 degrees go to market plans for all product/brand launches and drops, based on Buying handover.
End-to-end management of marketing campaign execution including key trade events for retail for both AU & NZ.
Working with Buying & Marketing team to understand product deliveries, ensuring marketing campaign launch dates are met.
Oversee all content produced by wider Marketing/Digital team, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and consistency is achieved.
Oversee all Social and Influencer/PR Strategy execution.
Manage Private label brand marketing strategies and campaign launches across Retail, Digital & Social channels.
Plan and execute all Marketing activations and events with the assistance of the Marketing Specialist.
Identify & drive new ways to market products and campaigns within retail stores to drive trade and profitability.
Identify new ways to drive brand awareness through retail, digital and external partnerships, in line with brand guidelines.
Manage & oversee all new store opening execution plans with the assistance of the Marketing Specialist.
Manage & oversee all relationships with external partners including shopping centers, relevant communities, activation partners and external marketing agencies.
Build all post campaign and activation wrap up reporting and analysis.
Co-Op Marketing Management Work with Buying to identify and understand all external brand co-op opportunities.
Managing relationships with brands/suppliers to drive combined marketing strategies and campaigns based on incoming products and launches.
Work with key brand partners to negotiate co-op funding and budget split management based on the needs of Stylerunner.
Develop and oversee execution of co-op campaign concepts, to ensure key objectives are met and drive sell through, whilst bringing brands to life in the Stylerunner way.
Ensure all co-op campaigns breathe Stylerunner tone of voice.
Build all post campaign co-op reporting and analysis.
Assist to develop & execute the marketing & brand strategies for two Private Label brands – Understanding product, purpose and tone of voice.
Build go to market plans with the team, based on collections and deliveries, and ensuring brand guidelines are met.
Oversee Influencer & seeding programs for all Own Label.
Marketing Budget Management Alongside Head of Marketing, allocating and distributing marketing funds to cover all brand and Own Label activities.
Monthly tracking of all expenses, proving insight to Head of Marketing on over/underspends to re-allocate accordingly.
Tracking of all co-op expenditures and profit.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have: Fashion Industry Experience: Hands-on experience within a fashion apparel or footwear retailer is preferred.
Marketing Background: 5+ years of experience in Marketing within a retail business and completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing.
Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead a team of 2+ reports and work within a collaborative cross functional environment.
Comprehensive Marketing Management: Experience overseeing Brand management, Campaign execution, Retail Marketing & Print Creative, Community Activations, Social Media, PR & Influencer management – as well as external agency.
Strategic Marketing Vision: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance customer engagement.
Brand Management Proficiency: Expertise in managing and enhancing brand presence across multiple channels.
Innovation and Trend Adaptation: Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging trends, technologies, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer behavior, with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Meta, Tik Tok, Style Arcade, AP21 and Google Analytics (or similar tools) highly regarded.
