We are currently seeking experienced Compliance Business Partners to join our dynamic team and support our various business units.Are you passionate about ethical sourcing and data management?
Coles Group is looking for a dynamic Ethical Sourcing Specialist to enhance our sourcing processes and ensure compliance with our ethical standards.What you will be doing:Analyse and improve existing ethical sourcing processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.Implement process improvements to enhance the experience for internal teams and suppliers.Develop governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure accountability and transparency.Maintain and analyse program data to provide actionable recommendations on supplier compliance.Keep accurate records of corrective actions and next steps for suppliers.Communicate, coach, and support suppliers on compliance issues and broader requirements.Investigate supplier allegations and support remediation efforts.Contribute to the delivery of our Ethical Sourcing and Human Rights strategies.About you:3 to 5 years' experience in ethical sourcing, risk, compliance, data and process management, legal, quality, or a similar role.Skilled in assessing risks associated with process changes and designing mitigation strategies.Experience in integrating new technologies to automate processes and improve efficiencies.Proficient in creating and maintaining process documentation.Expertise in engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment with process changes.Background in ethical sourcing and human rights, with knowledge of international standards and social compliance audit schemes like Sedex.Business or relevant tertiary qualification.Retail experience preferred.What's in it for you?Flexible working options: We know that work is only one part of your life, so we actively encourage a positive work-life balance and provide hybrid working options to help you achieve it.Office perks: Take advantage of our gym facility and fitness classes, free parking, BBQ area, mini-Coles supermarket, fooderie hub where you can sample new products before they hit the shelves, school holiday program and so much more when you come in.Discounts: Eligible team members receive 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
