The Opportunity
Based out of our Pooraka office, this is a great opportunity for you to become an integral team member and join the sales and estimating department in South Australia. You will be providing support, estimating service, and design advice to the sales representatives and builders utilising the Stegbar R&D department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate costings and pricing for standard and custom products
Meet tender deadlines
Provide solutions with the involvement of the R&D team
Liaise with all parts of the business to ensure positive outcomes
Be an active member of the sales and estimating team
About You
Experience in the building industry (Wood & Doors is highly desirable)
Able to read and interpret construction drawings
Demonstrate a past track record in a similar or related role
Capable of breaking down product information into components and bills of materials
Have a basic understanding of the appropriate Australian Standards
Able to provide solutions-based advice
Design software and CAD experience (highly desirable)
Have great customer service ethics and be a team player
Strong administrative and computer skills
The ability to be autonomous and take ownership
