With offices in every state of Australia, we are seeking an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team in Mandurah (WA).WHAT WE HAVE:A passionate Construction Manager leading the wayAn experienced team of Estimators/SupervisorsBespoke and industry leading technologyA dedicated fulltime team of developers who "get" our business and shape our technologyA proven national head office team able to support every aspect of running insurance repairs across AustraliaRigorously tested processes and procedures, especially around restorer, mould and asbestos managementA team of industry experts who help us to continually research and develop and ensure we keep learning and improvingA servant leadership model, ensuring all staff are continually supported and empowered to achieve their very best, each and every dayTHE OPPORTUNITY:Insurance Building Estimator/SupervisorReport directly to the Construction ManagerEstimate, Schedule and Supervise trades and repairsExceed KPIs by learning how to estimate and Supervise insurance repairs using our industry leading technologyDeliver an exceptionally high level of customer service, through effective written/oral communication with an innate ability to build relationships and resolve conflictReceive a market competitive salary, vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform and industry-based equipmentInsurance industry experience and knowledge of Water Claim Management is advantageous but not essentialMANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:Trade qualified (preferably carpentry)Previous experience in Estimating, Scheduling and Supervising trades and repairs (insurance related is preferred)A working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations and Workplace Health and Safety requirementsExcellent communication skillsCompetent computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs and an ability to rapidly learn new systemsAn aptitude for creating, reading and interpreting scopes of workExcellent organisation and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of repairA proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven teamA strong commitment to safetyWhat Ambrose Construct Group can offer:A supportive, safe, and encouraging workplace culture with a passionate team who are proud of their workA competitive remuneration package based on your experience levelAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgramA Referral program that awards you with $2000 for referring a successful candidate, so you can be rewarded for supporting your team's growth.A seamless induction, professional development and learning opportunitiesModern office facilities and resourcesStaff morale and engagement initiatives such as weekly morning tea and monthly BBQAmbrose Construct Group is an equal opportunity employer.
