Estimator/Supervisor

Nobul is working with multiple clients, from boutique insurance builders to national companies, who are seeking experienced Insurance Site Supervisors.
Your knowledge of QBCC regulations and organisational skills will be vital as you will be overlooking a team of trades.
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality on all finishes.
The successful candidate will be able to comfortably and confidently communicate with clients, customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure quality results on every repair job.Benefits and perks:Mobile phone and computerFully maintained company vehicleCompany uniformKey Responsibilities:Attend site and provide an accurate estimate to reinstate works, for both minor and major building lossesCommunicating clearly and regularly with all stakeholdersPreparation of reports and quotes on allocated jobsComplete assessments and scopes of insurance damageProgramming and co-ordination of sub-contractors and suppliers to conduct a high quality repairEnsure estimated work is completed in compliance with QBCC regulationsPrime, Endata and other various insurance platform experience desiredPlease note, due to the nature of insurance repair work, travel to other areas may occasionally be required during major weather events.The successful candidates will have the following:Certificate IV in Building and ConstructionWorking knowledge of QBCC and WHS regulations and criteria2 years' experience in the Insurance IndustryGreat organisational, time management and communication skillsKey attention to detail, ensuring all works and repairs are completed to the highest standard by all tradesSelf-drive and results focused attitudeA current drivers licenceA trade background preferredIf this sounds like you, give Lucy a call on or email to confidentially discuss the position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
