This role offers the chance to be part of a large, dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality homes on newly developed land parcels across the region.
Role Overview: Collaborate with the development and construction teams on residential projects Work with trades and supervisors to ensure precise and accurate estimations Estimate projects both in-office and on-site as needed Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders Key Responsibilities: Prepare orders for suppliers and sub-contractors Update and maintain estimating templates with accurate pricing and items Manage the Estimating build workflow efficiently Identify and implement new processes for more accurate Bill of Quantities Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years of experience in Estimating within the volume homebuilding industry Strong ability to interpret plans and specifications High proficiency in managing estimating workflows effectively A trade background or equivalent understanding of the construction process Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications What's on Offer: Competitive salary: $90k - $110k + Super + Vehicle A full pipeline of work and a supportive construction management team Opportunities to work on exciting and diverse residential projects Please call Miller Langford-Ely on 0466 806 871 for more information or email your CV to ******.
