Estimator - Soft Services/Ifs Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Estimator - Soft Services/IFS Specialist to join our team at ISS Administrative Services Pty Ltd. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in providing consistent, effective, and innovative costing solutions across our Integrated Facility Services (IFS) contracts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating single and multi-service line costing and solutions documents, assisting in developing benchmarking and contract performance reporting tools, and evaluating benchmarks for tenders to drive growth.
You will work closely with our Heads of IFS service lines, Segment Directors, and Key Account Managers to achieve our goals. If you have a strong background in commercial and numerical analysis, project and change management, and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesCosting & Solutions: Develop single and multi-service line costing and solutions documents with input from single service costing SMEs.Benchmarking Tools: Assist in creating benchmarking and contract performance reporting tools.Benchmark Review: Evaluate benchmarks for tenders to drive growth.Performance Monitoring: Continuously follow up to ensure proposed actions are implemented and effective.Contract Optimisation: Drive contract optimisation through tools, processes, and procedures.Improvement Recommendations: Suggest improvements to relevant SMEs and business leaders.Market Analysis: Support the Commercial team in understanding local markets and competition.Data Evaluation: Analyse multiple data streams on existing operations.What We OfferFlexible work arrangementsGreat team culture in a global business that nurtures talentOngoing learning and development opportunitiesInternal opportunities within our global organisationRequirementsAdvanced Commercial & Numerical ability: Proficient in analysing multiple data sources and turning data into actionable solutions.Project & Change Management: Experienced in managing projects and implementing change.XLS Proficiency: Extensive experience in using XLS for data analysis and reporting.Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, essential for working with diverse stakeholders and clients.Self-Motivated: Structured, systematic, and collaborative in approach.Global Experience: Skilled in working within global matrix organisations.
