Due to continued growth, we now need to recruit an Estimator or a Senior Estimator who has experience pricing future work, extra scope, and variations, to work on the Asset Operational Maintenance and Response (AOMR) Framework, as part of the Environment Agency Framework and the Canal and Rivers Trust Framework. Works may be Client or Contractor designed up to the value of £1.5 million. The role will involve both the initial pricing of schemes, both direct award and competitively tendered, along with the commercial management of those schemes through to completion. Location to be Tamworth as a base, with some travel to Huntingdon, Peterborough, or similar. There will be the occasional need to attend meetings and reviews at head office in Ipswich. This role will report directly to the Pre-Contracts Director.
