Estimator- Residential

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic Estimator to join our team, based in Ulverstone.Your primary duties will include:Using our estimating software to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential building projects, including materials, labour, and subcontractor costs.Analyse project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to determine project requirements and scope.Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project goals and client expectations.Work with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotes and negotiate pricing.Skills & experience:Ability to interpret plans, tenders and specificationsSolid knowledge of residential constructionStrong time management, planning and organisational skillsStrong attention to detailWhat we offer:Fully maintained company vehicle including fuel cardJob security with a well-established companyThis is an excellent career opportunity to join an innovative and award-winning local building company.
