You will have an understanding and experience working within the mid-high end boutique building environment - a plus - and be driven by excellence.Skills & ExperienceProvide detailed cost estimates and schedule management for construction double story builds.Analysing plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.Assessing cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.Ability to estimate multiple projects at a time.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office Suite.Minimum 2+ years industry experience within the Perth market of double story builds.BenefitsYou will be supported through your career with potential progression and job security.
