About the role:
The Estimator/Project Manager role is essential to ensuring our success and continued growth in the infrastructure and construction space in the Pilbara Region.
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be responsible primarily for managing the flow of our projects and ensuring they are correctly cost estimated.
At any one time we have a number of projects on the go simultaneously, in various stages of completion. The pace of work is fast and there is a need to handle a variety of activities and changing priorities as part of the daily operations without compromising on the quality of the output. The focus of the work is mostly technical, working within established guidelines, however, some communication with clients is required. There is a high expectation that work will meet quality standards without having to be checked by others.

In return for a 50-hour week, we offer a competitive remuneration package in the range of $195,000 - $215,000 plus super, and including an RDO once per month, Remote Area Benefits Rent Salary Packaging, 2 return flights to Perth each year after 12 months of service, and 4 weeks' annual leave.
