Company: This tier 3 builderis a reputable firm with a diverse portfolio that includes projects in Education, Health, Sporting Facilities, Insurance, Retirement Living, and Residential sectors. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality New Builds, Renovations, and Refurbishments that exceed their clients' expectations.
The Role: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Analyzing plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Assessing cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. Consulting with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or project manager & director to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office. What's on Offer: A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 plus superannuation.
