Estimator | Leading Regional Builder

Job Description
We're looking for an Estimator for a well-known and established builder who has a strong presence in regional Victoria.

Strong relationships across Victoria, enabling the builder to have a consistent pipeline Detailed new builds and refurbishments in a broad range of markets including: Community, Health, Education, and large scale Government projects.
Projects between $5m and $50m+ The Role:
Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations, and scope of works Detailed take-offs Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently Initially working within a team environment as well as WFH autonomously (during COVID-19) Gather and manage the tender documentation Must Have:
