With a diverse range of projects ranging up to $50m in value under their belt, you will be a key part of their ongoing success in the VIC market.The role:Assist and play an integral part in the growth of the businessPrepare and coordinate tender submissions & documentationProactively follow-up and maintain communication with clients and subcontractorsProvide competitive but profitable cost estimatesCarry out quantity take off's or produce estimates based on bill of quantitiesYour Requirements:Degree qualified in Construction Management & Economics/Quantity Surveying/Diploma in ConstructionPrevious Estimating experience on commercial projects up to $30m is essentialMust have previous EOI and tender submission involvementVIC based experience & ability to develop key relationships with clients & subcontractorsAble to estimate from first principles and can provide effective cost saving methodsHigh attention to detail and strong work ethic in a team environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
