Estimator - Intermediate

Experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading national Fit Out and Refurbishment Head Contractor.
My client is a top tier fit out and construction contractor that specializes in projects $20M - $100 million +.
They deliver high quality projects across the nation, in a range of sectors including small and large-scale commercial workspaces, hi-tech sites, education, science, health, biotech, hospitality and retail.
Seeking a Senior Estimator with Fit Out & Refurbishment / Construction experience to join their pre-construction team.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesPreparing detailed BOQ's and variations.Summarising scope of works and tenders.Working with the delivery team to prepare proposals.Preparing initial estimating assessments of tenders for tender shortlist review.Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing.Skills Required5+ years' experience as an Estimator within the construction industry.
