About Us:Sydney Carpentry Group is a leading conventional framing crew. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Estimator to join our team and support our project coordination efforts.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret architectural and structural plans to prepare accurate estimates for project costing.Collaborate with project coordinator to assist in scheduling and project management.Perform administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, printing plans, and maintaining project records.Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather information for bids.Monitor project expenses and assist in budget management.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and specifications.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity for career growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
