The Role Working with & reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be working on tenders and budgets on projects up to $10 million in Value.
Undertaking in depth Bill of Quantity take offs and project budgets for high finish apartment & townhouse projects.
Requirements I am looking to speak with Estimators of all levels that have 2+ years working for a commercial builder.
Experience working on commercial apartment projects in essential and exposure to bespoke, luxury projects would be advantageous.
