Overview: Our client is an established multi-discipline contractor who is currently in a growth phase and seeking a Project Manager to be site based in Bendigo.
About: This position may either suit a process driven Construction Site Manager with first class administration skills or an established Project Manager looking for their next move. Our client has an enviable trading history and has established themselves as a builder of choice with several well-known development groups. They're seeking a well-rounded Site/ Project Manager who can hit the ground running on a large regional industrial project, being able to take ownership of the job, liaise with authorities, consultants and drive the site team. Ideally, you will have worked on projects with precast panels, steel frames, and mobile cranes and overseen groundworks.
Duties: Manage PCG meetingsLiaising with consultants and authoritiesFinancial programming and project forecastingManage Site safetyBudget Management, Control and NegotiationProgramming subcontractorsRequirements: Experience of building projects with a structural component5 Plus years experience of running commercial new buildsTrade or tertiary qualifiedRan projects in the $3M to $8M rangeRun the site safetyBuildpass, Procure & MS Projects software experienceWhy apply: Our client has an urgent requirement for someone that can hit the ground running on this $5M industrial project. They are open to looking at process driven Site Manager or an experienced PM who is ready for the next move. Our client is in a growth phase, with plans to work on projects interstate along with undertaking their own developments, and so they can provide the successful candidate with plenty of opportunity. In return, they are looking to pay a salary package between the $145K-$160K.
