About:
Our client, an established third tier builder with a reputation for delivering some first class Architectural designed projects and are looking to bolster their Estimating team.
Overview:
We're looking for an Estimator with a background in creating winning tenders in the new build construction market in the $10-$20 million bracket and above. To be considered you will have a solid track record of winning projects, you will understand material costs, subcontractor pricing and how to independently create winning tenders. Duties will include managing the estimating and tender processes, preparing a scope of works, developing programmes, reviewing contracts, vetting quotes, measuring quantities and managing the post-tender process while working within a team environment.
Requirements
A track record of winning financially successful projects.
Three + years estimating experience
Third tier construction background
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Highly IT Literate with first class communication skills
