We are currently looking for an experienced Estimatorto join and contribute to the ongoing success of DEMEX!
Your Role We have some exciting developments happening within the civil space and require an experienced estimator to join our growing team. You will play a key part in the successful tendering paving the way for bigger and bolder future projects.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Reviewing tender opportunities to assess suitability Preparing tender submissions and pricing schedules Participating in pre-award negotiations and reviews Evaluation and preparation of methodologies to carry out the works Lead and/or assist with preparing programming of the works Managing detailed handovers to project managers  Seeking out new opportunities for the business We are looking for those experienced in: Bulk earthworks, land remediation and excavation (demolition and associated civil) Demolition experience (preferred, but not essential) The successful candidate will have: Experience in recognising and understanding implications in programs. Experience in producing project programmes Strong time management and organisational skills High attention to details and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
