Estimator - Custom/Ndis Building

Brilley is part of the AHB Group that delivers 2000 homes across Victoria each year and is Victoria's biggest Australian owned building company.Brilley provides homes that exceed current minimum building standards to deliver inclusive designed, flexible, future resilient housing.We are now looking to add another experienced Estimator to the team based in Geelong.Being a specialist builder in the NDIS/SDA housing space, it is essential you have local experience in residential building estimation.What we are looking for: Proven experience in working in sales and production estimating. Experience in custom homes or NDIS would be highly regarded. Rescode and building code knowledge. Understanding of construction techniques, terminology, costs, and the ability to communicate this in layman's terms. Experience working with various systems and the ability to pick up systems quickly. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
