About the Role
In this role, you will be working closely with the Director, managing current projects, communicating with consultants & suppliers, managing and tracking project accounts, assisting with estimating and general administration.
This role will suit someone who flourishes when busy and challenged and who enjoys putting their excellent organisational and communication skills to good use.

Duties:
Submit council applications relating to developments
Coordinate, source and support material procurement and ordering activities
Job forecasting and cost management
Produce detailed scope of works and attend to all contractual matters
Process progress claims, variations and invoices
Obtain tenders from sub-contractors for required works
Collate and compile project completion handover documentation
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental responsibilities
Skills and Experience:
3-4 years' experience in a similar role and have experience in the building industry (commercial/industrial construction)
Competent at interpreting construction and engineering plans and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Xero software
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work across multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to tight timeframes
Own car and open car license
