Kutting Edge Interiors is a highly reputable commercial interior & exterior subcontractor in NSW & QLD. Our Head Office is based in Sydney NSW. Our company is 8 years old and we are currently experiencing rapid growth of our business, and would like to find a Senior Estimator to join our team, full time.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparation and administration of project estimates and tenders ensuring accuracy and timeliness of completion.Full take-offs and preparing Bill of Quantities.Provide project scope of works and budget estimates for all projects with plasterboard, glass, partitions, suspended ceilings, plasterboard bulkheads, doors, door hardware & external cladding.Assist with management of general drawings updating and emails.Skills & Requirements7+ years experience within the construction industry (preferably in the partitioning commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector) with a clear and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of plasterboard construction including ceilings, bulkheads, glass partitions, doors, door hardware & external cladding.Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Trade Certificate or above experience.Willingness to learn and work.Excellent skills in using MS Excel and take-off software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.Ability to meet deadlines.Keen eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to multi-task.Work independently as well as part of a team.Valid working visa to work full time hours.#J-18808-Ljbffr
