Your mission? Estimating vehicle repairs, preparing quotes and invoices for insurance companies, and ensuring top-notch quality control and vehicle handover. Reporting directly to our Bodyshop Manager, you'll be a key player in maintaining our stellar service.Your Main Responsibilities:Overseeing the estimation process for accident buses, as well as managing invoicing and record updates.Collaborating with insurance providers, vendors, and assessors to foster positive partnerships.Upholding exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards.Supporting the progression of vehicle repairs through the workflow process.The boxes you'll tick:Minimum 2 years' experience as an automotive estimator.Previous experience with Ibodyshop is required.Trade qualification desired.Prior experience using automotive quoting software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously and drive results.Passionate, reliable team player with great attention to detail.Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn and grow.The benefits of working with us:Competitive hourly rate.
