About the role
The People and Culture Support Specialist is responsible for providing timely and effective administration support for the issuing of employment contracts for our homes; ensuring Estia Health engages employees in a safe, legal and efficient manner.
You will bring to the role your drive, determination, exceptional organisation and time management skills to deliver client-centric support and solutions to our people leaders across the network of 75 + homes.
Responsibilities:
Improve the candidate experience by supporting workforce use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) -PageUp Ensure all new staff satisfy our pre-employment check requirements, and subsequently work with each home to issue employment contracts ensuring legal compliance and correct Enterprise Agreement (EA) rates are applied where relevant Assist in coordinating the initial onboarding process Work cohesively with payroll and our home operations teams to ensure workforce paperwork is correctly and efficiently recorded Maintain integrity of employee files across the organisation Opportunity to support and streamline recruitment processes (you'll be in the best seat to develop recruitment skills in this dynamic industry) The person who will be amazing in this role:
You'll bring to the role your energy, your passionate and caring nature and you will have;
Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to practice confidentiality A strong work ethic with demonstrated time management skills Broadly proficient with current technology (including Microsoft Office and general computing skills) Knowledge of PageUp or other Application ATS (desirable, but not essential) Understanding of basic Human Resources processes As one of the largest and fastest growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of changing the way we offer aged care.
