As an Estate Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Estate Centre of Excellence, through the assessment and processing of various written requests.
In your new role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of documentation issued to Estates and determining the appropriate servicing path.
On any day, you could be identifying cases for escalation and referring onto the relevant team, as well as processing specialist products and Estate payments.
This is a hybrid position, with a minimum three days per week at our Parramatta office.
Core hours are 8am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
