ROLE OUTLINE The Performance Executive is a crucial role within the team, providing the foundations for success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting, working very closely with your manager to produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets. You are highly analytical, have an acute attention to detail, and excited to work with market leading partners & technologies. Most importantly, you are passionate about deepening your knowledge of all aspects of the biddable industry. KEY RELATIONSHIPS Collaborating closely with internal teamsEstablishing strong relationships with relevant media, data, and technology partnersFoster deep trust and understanding with agency client teamsContribute to great teamwork in your immediate teamWHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING People – 15% of your time Positively contribute to team meetings, leading some sections and owning follow-upsLiaise confidently with vendors and publishers to both resolve challenges and find new opportunitiesProvide clear guidance and instruction when working with, teaching, or helping othersProduct – 45% of your time Deliver end-to-end biddable campaigns, including flawless campaign management and strong use of tools & technologyTake ownership of exceptional client reporting, applying insightful context and immaculate attention to detail throughoutProactively work towards and maintain all mandatory channel certifications, as well as identifying further opportunities for growth with your manager.Work closely with your manager to develop planning skills, including measurement and tracking frameworksClient – 15% of your time Represent client needs to vendors and partners, supporting your manager on larger initiativesBegin developing relationships with clients at a junior level, as it relates to implementation planning & buyingProactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectivesCommercial – 25% of your time Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation of campaigns in line with best practice and with exceptional attention to detailMonitor all financial and compliance processes for 100% accuracy, particularly bookings, loadings, and resolving account queriesDevelop a strong understanding of in-scope services for your clients, and the process for completing work above and beyondWHAT MAKES A GREAT PERFORMANCE EXECUTIVE Attention to detail: you register little-to-no errors in your work, you perform tasks with careOrganisation: you consistently meet deadlines, handling expectations effectively ahead of timeTeam & collaboration: continually contribute to shared goals, supporting fellow employees and beginning to lead team initiativesCommunication: responding to requests in a timely manner, with written & verbal communication that is consistent with our values and behaviours, make time to proactively share knowledge with othersAnalytical: make logical decisions backed by data, with clear evidence of research & thinkingFlexibility: constantly agile, balancing both strategic and tactical approachesProactivity/taking the initiative: take ownership and set direction in challenging situationsProblem solving: demonstrate fearless problem solving, solving problems with minimal guidance
