ROLE OUTLINE The Performance Associate Manager plays a key role in the team, providing implementation & campaign management for key clients while also supporting the planning function. You are responsible for supervising elements of team workload to ensure client demands are met. A guru in biddable operations, you drive effectiveness and efficiency gains across the department. With a drive and passion for all things digital, you're stepping into a management role by developing key leadership skills to complement your technical prowess.
