There are great things happening at Beach, and our People & Culture team is looking for someone to take the lead in managing our learning and capability processes, including driving the success of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role focuses on ensuring our technical teams are supported to understand and meet training requirements and build capability, while continuously improving frameworks and approaches.
About the Role
In this role, you'll collaborate with leaders and teams to design, deliver, and optimise learning solutions that support employee development throughout their career journey at Beach. You'll conduct training needs analyses, create engaging learning experiences using best-practice principles, and leverage SuccessFactors to enhance the learner experience and ensure compliance with training requirements. By maintaining and improving our LMS and providing quality assurance, you'll help classify and manage critical training needs while promoting a lean and effective approach to learning across the organisation.
About You
We're looking for a skilled professional with significant experience working with Learning Management Systems (preferably SuccessFactors) and a strong track record in optimising their use. You have significant expertise in developing and continuously improving training and competency frameworks for diverse teams, translating these into impactful learning and development strategies. With excellent analytical skills, you can tackle complex problems and propose effective solutions.
You're a people person; a natural relationship builder who excels at influencing stakeholders and fostering collaboration. Your experience in learning design, including eLearning and adult learning principles, as well as developing, implementing, and evaluating learning plans, makes you a key asset in driving organisational capability and success.
