ESG Data Analyst This is an exciting role for an experienced data analyst who is passionate about ESG with a strong focus on analytical outcomes and driving positive change. This full time role will be based out of our stunning Head Office at Franklin Wharf in Hobart and will be the data analyst for Tassal's ESG team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ESG data coordination and analysis, ESG reporting, and support of new ESG initiatives that inform and drive reductions and improvements across GHG emissions, waste and more. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a positive attitude, who is keen to analyse, drive, and support Tassal's ESG strategy. Our ideal candidate will possesses excellent project management skills and the ability to work well under deadlines. They should have strong organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written. They also need technical business analysis skills, and a deep knowledge of Data Visualization tools, ideally Power BI and Tableau. The ability to discover insights within diverse datasets across a vertically integrated business is crucial. Experience in data collection, including managing data systems to record and present data in appropriate formats to approved standards, is also required. Candidates should have the ability to actively collaborate with team members and pay attention to detail, especially for data entry purposes. What does your week look like? Coordinating all corporate ESG data and disclosures.Proceed to handle the coordination of annual NGERs reporting on behalf of the business.Spend some time supporting primary data collection and developing and maintaining intermediate databases.Manage and coordinate assurance audits in relation to ESG data metrics.Working closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to maintain and improve reporting of ESG metrics and provide insights for the business.What's in it for you?
