We are currently seeking a talented Store Manager for our showroom in Mildura.

Your Role
As a Store Manager, you will:
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Train and support sales staff, helping them develop their sales skills and achieve individual and team targets.
Quickly build credibility with both customers and team members, fostering a positive store environment.
Adapt your management style to suit different team members and customer types.
Qualify customers to understand their needs and wants, influencing through storytelling and confident recommendations.
Drive all onboarding activities and training of new staff that join the showroom.
