Role The Inclusion Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Inclusive Education Leader in the implementation and delivery of the Disability Inclusion program.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Inclusion Education Leader in the implementation of the Disability Inclusion program.Liaise with key personnel responsible for the delivery of educational adjustments and targeted support.Support Disability Inclusion Profile processes, including identification of eligible students.Help manage the transition of current PSD funded students to a Disability Inclusion Profile.Provide support and guidance in the development of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with functional needs.Build staff capacity to understand and implement adjustments to support students.Maintain a close working relationship with Sub School, Inclusion and Wellbeing Teams.Participate as a member of the Student Wellbeing Committee.Undertake any other duties as directed by the Principal.Who May Apply Individuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
