Fitzroy Mining Operations own and operate Carborough Downs Coal Mine - bord & pillar operation, Broadlea Opencut and Ironbark No.1 Mine, the newest longwall mine in Australia.About the roleAs a frontline leader, the ERZ Lead/Undermanager is responsible for the day-to-day functioning and performance of the crew. You will effectively manage people and equipment to carry out planned work activities.
