The opportunity | A role with purpose We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused eRoster Team Leader to lead our centralised rostering team in the Southern region. This role will be based in Hughes.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the efficient rostering of staff across all Warrigal homes using an electronic rostering system. You will collaborate closely with service managers to understand rostering requirements, maintain the system for accuracy between payroll and rostering data, and ensure the timely creation and updating of core rosters.
The role also includes rolling out fortnightly rosters, scheduling staff shifts in line with client needs, and ensuring correct shift processing in collaboration with Payroll.
Additionally, you will provide training to team members and act as a liaison with auditors and accreditation assessors. Strong leadership, rostering expertise, and excellent organisational skills are essential for success in this role.

Experience with rostering procedures in a complex 24/7 environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders. Knowledge of rostering, payroll, and time capture systems, including data uploads and system administration. Ability to escalate risks effectively to management. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong supervisory skills, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision. Flexibility for shift work or on-call duties outside business hours. Willingness to work remotely when required. Commitment to EEO, anti-discrimination, and privacy/confidentiality. Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related fields. Experience with Humanforce or Dayforce. Current NSW driver's licence.
